Healing the Emotional Lives of Peers (HELP) Program
Mayo Clinic's Healing the Emotional Lives of Peers (HELP) Program is a peer support program available to health care professionals who experience emotional and/or physiological impacts after stressful, traumatic work events.
The goal of the HELP Program is to assist colleagues who have been involved in such events return to a pre-event level of performance and normalize the post-event experience.

The HELP & Belonging Program
The HELP & Belonging Program offers peer support to any employee who may experience emotional distress after encounters with bias or discrimination in the workplace. Mayo Clinic strives to maintain an environment free from unlawful harassment or discrimination. The goal of the HELP & Belonging Program is to increase employees’ sense of belonging and decrease feelings of isolation after these encounters.
