We could all use some support sometimes. We might face work stress, relationship challenges, or the feeling that something's just off. Now, you have help anytime you need it. Mayo Clinic provides confidential mental healthcare and resources for work and life to you and your dependents through Headspace at no cost. Therapy services are covered up to eight (8) sessions per person, per issue, per year.
Headspace has in-the-moment, one-on-one support for what youʼre going through. Plus, explore hundreds of meditation and mindfulness exercises to help you feel your best, no matter what life brings.
With Headspace, you'll get:
- Mental health coaching: Chat with a coach in the app right away, or schedule sessions for regular check-ins.
- Meditation and mindfulness: Explore guided courses, programs, and exercises for sleep, focus, stress, and more.
- Clinical Care: Get an appointment within days, and meet at times that work for you — including evenings and weekends.
- Resources for work and life: Confidential, time-saving resources for financial stress, legal assistance, child and eldercare needs, and more.
No matter what you're going through, Headspace can support you through every moment. Manage feelings of anxiety and depression, build healthy habits, and feel your best every day.
Employees and family members needing access to immediate emotional crisis support, an in-person provider, local work-life services, care for children ages 6+, or manager consults should call 855-271-7344. Licensed counselors are available 24/7 to assist members.

Members with questions related to enrollment, account access, and technical troubleshooting should contact the Headspace Member Support team. Members can contact Member Support specialists through email at teamsupport@headspace.com. Member Support specialists are available Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time).
