The HELP Equity, Inclusion and Diversity (EID) Program
The HELP Equity, Inclusion and Diversity (EID) Program offers peer support to any employee who may experience emotional distress after encounters with racism and discrimination in the workplace. Mayo Clinic stands against racism and prejudice in all forms. However, we acknowledge it still occurs and our staff may be experiencing the emotional impact. The goal of the HELP EID Program is to increase employees’ sense-of-belonging and decrease isolation after these encounters.
